Ingredients:
For the Cream:
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 50g Sugar
- 1g Matcha
- 60g Gluten-Free Flour
- 150ml Milk
For the Puffs:
- 50g Butter
- 60g Gluten-Free Flour
- 50ml Water+ 60ml Milk
- 1g Matcha
- 2 Eggs
