Recreating Gluten-Free Matcha Cream Puffs Recipe

Hello beautiful people! Welcome to my kitchen! Today we are gonna recreate a recipe from Tasty Japan and we are gonna make it gluten-free! We will be baking some gluten-free matcha cream puffs. I can guarantee you they taste delicious!

Ingredients:

For the Cream:

  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 50g Sugar
  • 1g Matcha
  • 60g Gluten-Free Flour
  • 150ml Milk

For the Puffs:

  • 50g Butter
  • 60g Gluten-Free Flour
  • 50ml Water+ 60ml Milk
  • 1g Matcha
  • 2 Eggs
