Let’s start from the begging, my name is Davide, an ex Chef now into Marketing and I have a celiac disease since 1998, almost 20 years, and like everyone else I live with that peacefully. We got it… so whatever, no big deal!

 

 

Growing up I always thought that having celiac disease could stop me in somehow to travel and see the world, I was really convinced that was impossible. Thank god I was wrong and I proved myself the exact opposite!

 

This did not stop me to travel and find gluten free places and food around the world. I have been traveling in these few years between South Korea, China, Japan, America and lots of countries in Europe! Discovering the gluten free options that those beautiful countries could offer me!

So here I am, to share two of my passions, traveling and cooking. In this new site I will write about my experience around the world and I will share my most successful recipes, I hope this will help people to not be afraid to travel and see the world because of a stupid disease.
